There were County Championship wins for St Molaise Gaels, Shamrock Gaels and Tooreen in the province this weekend. Have a read below for an update on the the status of all Senior, Intermediate and Junior Championships across Connacht as they reach their conclusions in the coming weeks!
Senior Football – Tourlestrane will meet St Mary’s on Sunday October 16th at 3.30pm after Semi Final wins over Shamrock Gaels and Drumcliffe Rosses Point respectively.
Intermediate Football – Molaise Gaels defeated Easkey 2-18 to 0-5 in the County Final this Sunday past at Markievicz Park.
Junior Football – Shamrock Gaels defeated St Molaise Gaels 2-13 to 1-10 this weekend in Markievicz Park to be crowned County Junior Champions.
Hurling – Naomh Eoin will face Easkey in the County Final at Markievicz Park on Sunday October 23rd.
Senior Football- The Competition has reached the Semi Final Stage with Salthill Knocknacarra facing Annaghdown and Moycullen taking on Mountbellew Moylough on the weekend of the 22nd of October.
Intermediate Football – Dunmore MacHales will meet Kilconly in the County Final on the weekend of 22nd October after wins over Corofin and Oileain Arann respectively.
Junior Football – Clifden and Athenry will contest the County Final, fixture details TBC.
Senior Hurling – Preliminary Quarter Final stages, St Thomas’, Loughrea, Sarsfields and Tommy Larkins are already through to the quarter-finals and they are waiting to see who they will face.

Intermediate Hurling – Killimor and Meelick Eyrecourt will meet in the Final this Saturday at 4.15pm in Duggan Park after Semi Final Wins over Sylane and Rahoon Newcastle.
Junior Hurling – Semi Finals between Micheál Breathnachs and Salthill Knocknacarra and Ballygar and Ballinasloe take place this coming weekend.
Senior Football – Mohill will face St Mary’s Kiltoghert this Sunday at 3.30pm in AvantMoney Páirc Seán MacDiarmada in the County Final after Semi Final wins over Leitrim Gaels and Fenagh St Caillins.
Intermediate Football – Aughnasheelin and Annaduff will meet in two weeks time in the County Final after Semi Final wins over Kiltubrid and Allan Gaels.
Junior Football – The competition is at the Semi Final stage with Annaduff meeting St Marys and Carrigallen facing Cloone.
Hurling – The Hurling Championship gets underway this weekend.
Senior Football – Semi Finals take place this weekend with a double header in MacHale Park on Sunday, first of all Ballintubber and Ballina Stephenites at 1pm then Westport and Castlebar Mitchels at 3pm.
Intermediate Football – This Competition is also at the Semi Final stage with Kilmeena and Bohola Moy Davitts meeting at 3pm in Josie Munnelly park on Saturday and Hollymount Carramore clashing with Ballyhaunis in Claremorris at 3pm on Sunday.
Junior Football – Semi Finals take place this weekend with the first one this Saturday at 1.30pm between Shrule/Glencorrib and Islandeady at Clogher and Killala and Cill Chomain meeting at 3pm in Ballina.
Hurling – Tooreen defeated Ballyhaunis in the County Final this Sunday by 1-14 to 2-5 in Tooreen.
Senior Football – Boyle will meet Strokestown in the County Final on Sunday 23rd October at 2.30pm in Dr Hyde Park after semi final wins over St Brigids and Roscommon Gaels this weekend.
Intermediate Football – St Dominics will play Éire Óg in the County Final on Sunday 30th October at 2.30pm in Dr Hyde Park after Semi Final wins over Fuerty and Michael Glaveys.
Junior Football – The County Final is on Saturday 29th October at 3pm at Dr. Hyde Park between St Ronans and Padraig Pearses.
Hurling – The County Final will take place on Saturday 22nd October at 3pm between Four Roads and Padraig Pearses.
